Martin is a Group Creative Director with a passion for brand building, through original storytelling and meticulous craft, known for shaping bold, design-led campaigns and building teams that deliver standout brand work. He’s built a career telling clear, sharp brand stories for Coca-Cola, Adidas, Toyota, and Verizon — work that’s been recognized at Cannes, OneShow, ADC, and Clios. His roots in Argentina and experience across Madrid and New York have shaped a voice that’s visually sharp, strategically grounded, and culturally tuned.
He brings a mix of agency and in-house experience that gives him a unique view of what brands need and what it takes to deliver it. He’s helped build brands from the inside out, shaping not just the work, but the teams and systems that make it possible.
At Verizon, he played a key role in developing the brand’s voice and visual ethos across campaigns, experiences, and everyday touchpoints. He led creative for Super Bowl social campaigns, iPhone launches, and executive keynote content, adn helped create and grow the Brand, Design & Motion Team. Hiring talent, setting standards, and turning it into one of the most trusted and awarded internal creative groups in the industry. Responsible for evolving the brand beyond its initial guidelines, keeping it responsive to culture, design, and the way people connect with stories.
Martin brings to a team leadership that’s steady, collaborative, and results-driven. Setting clear expectations, giving credit where it’s due, and believes the basics — good communication and mutual trust — are what make excellent work possible.
